Japanese Distillery

Yamazaki Distillery

Suntory Yamazaki Distillery was founded in 1923 as Japan's first malt whisky distillery, and is the starting point of the history of Japanese whisky.

Hakushu Distillery

Mori Distillery opened in 1973. Hakushu, nurtured by the rich nature and pure waters of the Southern Alps, is known for its refreshing aroma and light taste.

Nikka Yoichi Distillery

Nikka founder Masataka Taketsuru founded the brewery in 1934 in search of a climate similar to Scotland. The brewery is known for its powerful, smoky flavor, achieved by distilling over an open coal flame.

Chichibu Distillery (Saitama Prefecture/Venture Whisky)

Although it was founded in 2008, Ichiro's Malt has garnered worldwide acclaim. Despite being small in scale, it has attracted attention as a rising star in the Japanese whisky world thanks to its craftsmanship and innovation.
