REFUNDS POLICY

1. Returns and Exchanges

To ensure our customers can shop with peace of mind, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
■ If there is a problem with the product Please contact us by email (contact@liquorjoy.co.jp) within 7 days of receiving the product, including your order number and details of the problem.
If the problem is due to our responsibility, such as initial defects or damage during delivery, we will exchange or refund the product at our expense.
■ Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, such as incorrect size or difference in image.
However, if the product is unopened and unused and you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we may be able to accommodate your request, but you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
※ Food, beverages, alcohol, sale items, and custom-made products are excluded.

2. Return and Exchange Procedure

1. Please contact us via email (contact@liquorjoy.co.jp) or through our inquiry form to request a return.
2. We will inform you whether the return is possible and the procedure.
3. Please pack the product and return it to the designated address, prepaid.
4. After we confirm the product, we will ship a replacement or process a refund.

3. Regarding refunds

Refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method used at the time of order.
For credit card payments, the refund will be processed through the card company and may take several days to several weeks to be reflected in your account.
For bank transfers and cash on delivery payments, the refund will be transferred to your designated account (transfer fees may be borne by the customer).

4. Cases in which returns and exchanges are not accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Items received more than 8 days ago
・Items that have been used or opened
・Items that have been damaged, soiled, or broken by the customer
・Items with missing tags, accessories, or boxes
・Sale items, outlet items, pre-order items, and made-to-order items
・Food, beverages, alcohol, and other items that are not eligible for return for hygiene or quality reasons
