DELIVERY POLICY
- 1. Delivery area
- We offer delivery within Japan and to some overseas regions. Delivery availability depends on import regulations and restrictions imposed by each country/region and shipping company.
- 2. Shipping method
- ・Domestic shipping: Yamato Transport / Japan Post (approximately 1-3 business days after dispatch)
・International shipping: EMS / DHL / FedEx (approximately 3-10 business days depending on the country and customs)
- 3. Regarding the shipment of alcoholic beverages
- • Alcohol content 24% or less: Can be shipped via Japan Post (EMS).
• 24.1% to 70%: Can only be shipped via DHL.
• Import of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in some countries (e.g., the United States, Canada, Middle Eastern countries, etc.).
- 4. Shipping fee
- Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery region, weight, and shipping method.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- 5. Packaging
- Bottles and fragile items will be carefully packed with special cushioning materials.
For alcohol shipments via DHL, styrofoam packaging (300 yen per bottle) is required.
- 6. Delivery days
- Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that shipping may be delayed during peak seasons or if there are public holidays.
- 7. Customs duties and import taxes
- For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be incurred by the local customs authorities.
These costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- 8. Loss or Damage
- If your item arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will verify the situation and either resend the item or issue a refund.
- 9. Regarding items that cannot be delivered or returned.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, customs refusal, or the recipient's absence, we will either resend the shipping fee or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).
