Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

To ensure our customers can use our products with peace of mind, we accept returns and exchanges based on the following conditions.

■ If there is a problem with the product

Please contact us by email ( contact@liquorjoy.co.jp ) with your order number and details of the problem within 7 days of receiving the product. ) for further information.
If the product is defective upon delivery or damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund the product at our expense.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as incorrect size or different image.
However, if the product is unopened and unused and you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we may be able to accommodate your request, with the customer paying the round-trip shipping costs.
*Food, beverages, alcohol, sale items, and custom-made products are not eligible.


2. Return and exchange procedures

  1. Please send an email to contact@liquorjoy.co.jp to request a return. ) or contact us via the contact form.

  2. We will inform you of whether or not a return is possible and the procedure.

  3. Please pack the product and return it to the specified address with prepayment.

  4. After checking the product, we will send out a replacement or process a refund.


3. Refunds

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used at the time of order.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent via your card company and may take several days to several weeks to be reflected.
In the case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the account you specify (bank transfer fees may be borne by the customer).


4. When returns or exchanges cannot be accepted

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago

  • Items that have been used even once or have been opened

  • Items that have been damaged, soiled or broken by the customer

  • Items that are missing tags, accessories, boxes, etc.

  • Sales, outlets, pre-orders, and made-to-order products

  • Food, beverages, alcohol, and other products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or quality reasons
