Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We offer domestic delivery within Japan and international shipping to selected countries. Availability depends on each destination's import regulations and carrier restrictions.

2. Delivery Methods

  • Domestic (Japan): Yamato Transport / Japan Post — 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: EMS / DHL / FedEx — 3–10 business days depending on country and customs.

3. Shipping of Alcoholic Beverages

  • Under 24% ABV — Shipped by Japan Post (EMS).
  • 24.1%–70% ABV — Shipped only via DHL.
  • Shipments are subject to each country's alcohol import laws; some regions (eg, US, Canada, Middle East) prohibit import.

4.Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by destination, weight, and carrier. Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

5.Packaging

All bottles and fragile items are securely packed with cushioning materials. DHL alcohol shipments require special styrofoam packaging (¥300 per bottle).

6. Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.

7. Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur import duties or taxes, payable by the recipient.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customs refusal, or absence, reshipping or refund (excluding shipping cost) will apply.

2. Shipping method

  • Domestic shipping: Yamato Transport / Japan Post (approximately 1-3 business days after shipping)
  • Overseas shipping: EMS / DHL / FedEx (approximately 3-10 business days depending on the country and customs situation)

3. Shipping of alcoholic beverages

  • Alcohol content of 24% or less: Can be shipped via Japan Post (EMS).
  • 24.1% - 70%: Shipment can only be made by DHL.
  • Some countries (e.g., the United States, Canada, Middle Eastern countries, etc.) prohibit the import of alcoholic beverages.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area, weight, and delivery method. Customs duties, import taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Packaging

Bottles and fragile items will be carefully packed in special cushioning material. When shipping alcoholic beverages via DHL, styrofoam packaging (300 yen per bottle) is required.

6. Delivery Times

Once payment is confirmed, we will usually ship within 2-3 business days. However, there may be delays during peak seasons or holidays.

7. Customs and Import Taxes

For international shipping, local customs may impose duties, import taxes, and fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Loss and Damage

If the item arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will inspect the item and either reship it or issue a refund.

9. Regarding undeliverable and returned items

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal by customs, or absence of the recipient, we will resend the package or refund the cost (excluding shipping).
